The first factor, many times the most critical portion of our service, is site plan analysis. We observe detailed site plans and factor in a series of conditions prior to the selection of a camera site. Once the camera location is selected we determine which cameras, lens, enclosures, and features are required to accomplish our client's needs. Our dedicated staff of technical experts design and build the components that are placed on-site to provide the information that clients request and expect. Our extensive experience in real world site conditions has led us to develop the components that are the technology behind our product mix. We will communicate with suppliers and when requested arrange and provide all necessary connectivity for camera communication. Staff is available to communicate with our field cameras to reprogram when necessary and monitor performance several times daily. If there is a problem with field units a qualified technician will either repair the device or a new replacement unit will be supplied as early as possible. ProjectView will cover routine quarterly maintenance and all warranty issues. Special projects pertaining to technical issues and secure server space availability will be discussed on an individual basis upon request by our management and technical teams. |
